Emma Sundin is a Swedish Offline Editor and Technical Director, driven by a deep and enduring passion for the art of visual storytelling.
Originally from Dalarna, her interest in film began at a young age, inspired by The Lord of the Rings and Japanese horror cinema. She pursued film studies early and began her career in Stockholm, working at Bleck Film before transitioning into editing. After assisting editor Robin Siwe, she joined Brightfilm Media as an offline editor, building a strong foundation across multiple roles in production and post.
At 24, she moved to Tokyo, where she worked as a video editor at Next Frontier Inc. Enrolled to a Tv broadcasting collage and started training as a Technical Director.
She later worked at Zaiko, delivering live shows and concerts, and continued her creative path as a Senior Offline Editor at SET Japan, focusing on TV commercials and documentary content. She is now based in Australia, seeking to further expand her work in film and storytelling.
Every frame, cut, and composition she creates is an intentional decision, crafted to evoke emotion, capture the essence of a moment, and bring a narrative to life. She believes some stories are best told visually, and her work focuses on creating immersive experiences that resonate, inspire, and leave a lasting impression
